POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Public Library, 2 Park St., will host a Basic Websites for Genealogy Research class Dec. 8 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
The class is designed specifically for genealogy beginners and will introduce several main concepts of genealogy research and present a group of mostly free websites.
The class will concentrate on the United States, particularly St. Lawrence County, but time will be available to accommodate special interests such as other counties or specific areas of the United States.
