OGDENSBURG -- The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary is offering the America's Boating Course which is required for all ages to operate a jet ski. The course is runs March 10-11 at the United Helpers Training Center, the Mosaic in the downtown mall, from 5 to 9 p.m. both nights. Certificates will be awarded at the end of the second night. The cost is $35 per person with a family plan available. The course is also required for ages 10 to 18 to operate a boat alone.
