OGDENSBURG -- Seniors got health and wellness tips recently at a St. Lawrence County Senior Health and Wellness Fair sponsored by Sen. Patty Ritchie.
The event, which was held at Odd Fellows Hall in Ogdensburg, featured more than 60 organizations.
“Our seniors are looking for ways to help them continue to live healthy and active lifestyles. That’s what this fair was all about—giving people access to organizations that can help them live their lives to the fullest,” said Ritchie.
