CANTON — Two St. Lawrence County inmates were charged Thursday with drug possession while incarcerated, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
• Devin J. Riley, 25, Massena, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting prison contraband, felony, officers said. He was found to be in possession of fentanyl, deputies said. Riley was remanded to jail on $100 bail.
• Casey J. Deshane, 41, Massena, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting prison contraband, felony, deputies said. He was found to be in possession of suboxone, officers said. He was arraigned virtually and remanded to jail without bail, officers said.
