BRASHER — A Hogansburg resident was charged with drug possession stemming from a traffic stop Tuesday, according to state police.
Venus L. Swamp, 56, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 5:52 p.m., police said.
She was cited and released, officers said.
