MASSENA — Two Massena residents have been arrested on felony burglary charges, village police say.

Branden Arquiett, 33, was charged with second-degree burglary- dwelling (C Felony) and petit larceny (A Misdemeanor), police say.

Arquiett was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.

Also charged was Seth Moyer, 46, of Massena.

Moyer was also charged with second-degree burglary- dwelling (C Felony) and petit larceny (A Misdemeanor), police say.

Moyer was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
