FINE -- Two Tupper Lake residents face felonies drug charges, according to state police.
Troopers said they charged 34-year old Jason M. Benware with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.
He was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, police said.
Police said Shawn C. Vaillancourt, 47, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.
He was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
The arrest status of both subjects was not known.
