MASSENA — Two Massena teens were charged with forcible touching Monday stemming from two separate incidents reported to state police last year.
Troopers said an unnamed 15-year old was charged with forcible touching stemming from a sex offense report they received Sept. 22.
Stemming from a separate sex offense report troopers received Sept. 11, 2020, 15-year-old male was additionally charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, officers said.
In both cases, the teen charged was cited and released.
