OGDENSBURG — A 32-year-old Lisbon woman was arrested Sunday following a personal injury motor vehicle accident, according to Ogdensburg police.
Kyrie J. Mitchell was charged with first-degree assault causing serious physical injury, leaving the scene of a personal injury motor vehicle accident causing serious physical injury, and operating an uninspected motor vehicle, officers said.
Mitchell was arrested at 11:20 p.m. Oct. 4 and taken to the Ogdensburg Police Department, according to police.
She was reportedly arraigned in Morristown Town Court before Judge Phillips and held on $10,000 bail and taken to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
