Three new COVID-19 cases reported over the weekend in St. Lawrence County; no new cases Monday, July 27

The total number of confirmed positive cases to-date to 254.

Ten cases are active. Visit https://www.stlawco.org/ to check out the COVID-19 Cases by town map layouts. The maps will also be posted on the Public Health Facebook page.

Two hundred and forty cases have been released from isolation.

Four cases are hospitalized.

Four deaths have occurred; this fatality data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on July 27 before 2 p.m.

Public Health said 26,296 people have been tested for COVID-19 as of July 26. This testing data comes from the New York State Department of Health and was last updated on July 27 before 2 p.m.

Testing is being done through both St. Lawrence Health Systems and Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Testing is by appointment only. Please call the hotline numbers below between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. if you have symptoms, you are an essential worker or feel you should be tested:

The governor's New York On PAUSE orders have been extended yet again until Aug. 20, requiring postponement, cancellation, or restriction of all non-essential gatherings of more than fifty individuals, and gatherings occurring indoors must not exceed 50% of maximum capacity, provided the region has reached Phase 4 of the State’s reopening, and provided that social distancing, face covering, and cleaning and disinfection protocols required by the Department of Health are adhered to.

Businesses or entities in industries open for Phase One, Two, Three and Four must be operated subject to the guidance promulgated by the Department of Health.
