The National Weather Service says that a line of strong thunderstorms will move through the northwestern part of St. Lawrence County this afternoon, and the whole county is under a severe thunderstorm watch until 7 p.m.
They are warning of the possibility of dangerous lightning, high winds, and hail.
The chance of showers and thunderstorms diminishes through about midnight. Lows tonight will be in the low 50s.
Tomorrow it is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high in the mid-70s. Tomorrow night, some clouds move in and lows will be in the mid-50s.
Thursday, the chance of showers increases in the afternoon, with highs in the 80s. The chance of precipitation persists at about 30 percent through Thursday night, with lows around 60.
Friday and Friday night there is a chance of showers standing at about 40 percent with highs in the low 80s and lows in the low 60s.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday: the outlook is for fair skies, daytime highs in the 80s, overnight lows in the 50s.
