CANTON -- St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies say they arrested a man Monday as a fugitive in Tennessee.
Deputies said they arrested Andre D. Davis, 28, Buffalo, following his release from St. Lawrence County jail.
He was arraigned virtually by Judge Phillips of Morristown and remanded back to SLC jail.
David will be awaiting further action in county court and then be extradited to Tennessee, officers said.
