POTSDAM – Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley was recently awarded a $10,000 Grant from the St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund. Funding from SLCCF will be used to support the operations of the Advanced Illness Management Program (AIM).
AIM is a program designed to care for patients with chronic illnesses, who benefit from our specialized home care but do not yet meet hospice care eligibility requirements.
The St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund is a non-profit organization that hosts many fundraising events, including the annual Edward I Moses Walk/Run for Life which began in 1979.
