OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg’s spring talent show on Friday, June 7 will feature 11 acts with 16 performers from the Ogdensburg city school system’s high school and elementary schools.
Sponsored by the Ogdensburg Free Academy Key Club, this year’s Talent Show starts at 7 p.m. at the George Hall Theater at the high school.
Admission is $3 for students and $5 for adults.
Featured acts in the elementary school include:
• Gabby Paradis will perform “Mist” on the piano;
• Jackson Thornhill, Nate Sholette and Ethan Thomas will play saxophone;
• Ava Nugent and Colbie Frank will perform “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” on piano;
• Jackson Duprey will play guitar and sing “Take It Easy;” and
• Sophie Nugent will play “A Day in the Life of a Tall Giraffe.”
High school and junior high acts will include:
• Mackenzie Spicer and Gerald Sovie;
• Dantae Rodriguez will sing “Sunflower;”
• Noelle Dutch and Eve House will perform “My Heart Will Go On” with violin and recorder;
• Hailey Weber will sing;
• Cadence Payne will sing; and
• Rheana Cameron will sing.
“For over 20 years, the Ogdensburg Free Academy Key Club Talent Show has spotlighted the most talented young performers in the North Country,” said OFA Key Club President Anton Skamperle. “We’re very excited to present what is shaping up to be a wonderful show featuring some wonderfully talented young people.”
“All funds raised will help send Key Club members to leadership training in March,” said Kiwanis Club Advisor Jim Reagen.
