POTSDAM — A Russell man was charged with two felonies following a traffic stop Oct. 4, according to state police.
Joey D. Griffin, 52, was charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated: Child in vehicle, felonies, officers said.
He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
He was cited and released.
