POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Dominic Mashaw.

Potsdam police say on their Facebook page that early Tuesday, Mashaw, possibly with assistance, left the foster home in which he had been placed by Jefferson County Children’s Home and St. Lawrence County Department of Social Services.
