MASSENA — A Massena man was jailed Tuesday after police raided a West Hatfield Street residence, according to Massena police.
Michael J. Ashley, 47, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies, officers said.
Police allegedly found 112 grams of methamphetamine during the search.
Ashley was arraigned in Massena court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail, officers said.
Massena police were assisted by state police, St. Lawrence County deputies, U.S. Border Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security.
