OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg and Canton resident were arrested Friday afternoon following investigation of illegal possession of a weapon, according to state police.
Ryan L. Moore, 30, Canton, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felony, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, officers said.
Kevin J. Brainard, 32, Ogdensburg, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
Moore was released on his own recognizance, officers sad.
Brainard was cited and released.
