NORWOOD -- The Norwood American Legion held a flag burning ceremony on Flag Day, Sunday, June 14 at the Post.
Retired and unserviceable flags were presented by Sgt at Arms Chris Sherman and Historian DeForrest Ellsworth to be blessed by Commander Elaine Saarinen, 1st Vice David Butterfield, 2nd Vice Jeff Gerrish and Chaplain Francis Sharlow.
Serviceable flags were held and dipped in their honor by Treasurer Richard Raymonda and 3rd Vice Kevin Enslow.
