CANTON – Northern Lights Home Health Care was recently awarded the 2020 Award of Distinction for Patient Satisfaction based on independent patient surveys conducted by Fazzi Associates.   

Northern Lights Home Health Care is supported by the consortium of Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center and United Helpers Management Company, Inc. 

The Patient Satisfaction Award of Distinction is presented annually to home health organizations subscribed to Fazzi’s Patient Satisfaction Service that have demonstrated superior performance in overall patient satisfaction results.

These national best practice agencies are proven leaders and have placed in the top 25% of Fazzi’s patient satisfaction national database based on a comparative analysis of overall satisfaction.  

Northern Lights scored a five-star patient review rating, the highest achievable ranking.
