POTSDAM -- A Norfolk man was jailed May 17 following an order of protection violation on Lawrence Avenue, according to village police.
Jonathan E. Black, 39, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, felony, at 3:23 p.m., police said.
He was also charged with second-degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.
Black allegedly made unwanted physical contact with a protected party.
He was arraigned in Potsdam court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail on $2,000 bail, officers said.
