CANTON – The public and local college students are invited to stop by Nature’s Storehouse, 21 Main St. in downtown Canton and meet the new owners Yen and Clark Main on Saturday, Aug. 19, and Sunday, Aug. 20 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
The weekend event will feature free gifts and a 10% storewide discount.
Customers will be able to ask questions and provide feedback to new owners, Yen and Clark Maine, who took over ownership of the 50+-year-old natural health food and supplement business on August 1.
In addition, the first 50 students, with a student ID from any local college, will receive a Free Healthy Start Kit, which will include a health magazine, Supplement samples, healthy snacks, and an all-natural ADK soap sample.
The store is also planning a Customer Appreciation Month in September. Visit our website: www.natures-storehouse.com or Nature’s Storehouse FB page for complete listings of September’s events and discounts.
“We are thrilled to share the news of this purchase with everyone in the community who has helped make Nature’s Storehouse such a vibrant, nurturing place,” said Yen Maine. “As the new owners, we are deeply grateful for the incredible legacy that Rainbow, Joshua, and the entire Nature's team have built over the past two decades.”
For Rainbow and Joshua Crabtree, who purchased the store back in 2002, new owners Yen and Clark Maine are a “natural fit.”
“Joshua and I are excited to pass the baton to Yen and Clark. They are invested in the North Country and committed to working with local farmers and partnering with the community,” stated Rainbow Crabtree. “They are already owners of an independent natural products business and understand the value of Nature’s to the community. We are confident they will succeed.”
