MASSENA -- Massena Memorial Hospital is hosting a free year-long diabetes education program, PreventT2.
Sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the hospital’s Community Education Room
The class will cover skills you need to lose weight, be more physically active, and manage stress; provide a trained lifestyle coach to guide and encourage you; and support from other participants with the same goals as you.
The class will meet weekly for the first 6 months, and twice monthly for the second 6 months.
