CANTON — A report of a disabled vehicle resulted in impaired driving charges for a motorist Monday morning on U.S. Highway 11, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Miguel Perdomo, 38, Indianapolis, Indiana, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, officers said.
He was cited and released to the custody of the United States Border Patrol pending federal charges, officers said.
