MADRID — A group of students from Madrid-Waddington High School were invited to attend Governor Andrew Cuomo's State of the State Address Jan. 8.
“Students were grateful for the experience of being there for the speech, but also for seeing democracy in action while witnessing hundreds of protestors voice their concerns in the Concourse and outside the Convention Center,” said MWCS High School Principal Joe Binion.
