LISBON – The investigation of a property damage accident Friday led St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies to charge a Lisbon man with driving while intoxicated.
Shortly before noon, deputies were called to the intersection of Tracy and Moran Roads. A vehicle driven by Joseph A. Kelly, 48, of 708 Tracy Road, had apparently sheared off a utility pole
Deputies charged Kelly with DWI with a blood-alcohol level of .11 percent.
He was released to appear in court at a later date.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by Lisbon Fire and Rescue and Morley Fire and First Responders
