GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man was charged Thursday stemming from a robbery complaint made the day prior, according to state police.
Travis N. Cole, 32, was charged with second-degree robbery, felony, at 8:56 a.m., officers said.
His arrest status was not made public
