GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man was arrested Wednesday following investigation of an alleged domestic dispute that took place July 2, according to state police.
Corey C. Cyrus, 21, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing, officers said.
Cyrus allegedly menaced the victim with a Taser.
He was arraigned in Gouverneur court and released on his own recognizance.
