DEKALB -- A Gouverneur resident was charged with driving while impaired by drugs following a motor vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 11 Thursday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Dallas S. Casey, 23, was charged with DWAI and failure to keep right following investigation of a vehicle that was off the roadway, deputies said.
He was cited and released.
