POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged three motorists for driving infractions on Wednesday.

• Glenn J. Webster, 57, Norwood, was charged with speed in zone on Sandstone Drive at 3:47 p.m. after allegedly driving 59 mph in a 30 mph zone.

• Devin M. Weller, 40, Canton, was cited for speed in zone on Sandstone Drive at 3:47 p.m. after allegedly driving 59 mph in a 30 mph zone.

• William E. LaPlant, 31, Potsdam, was cited for no seat belt at 4:46 p.m. on Elm Street.

All three were cited and released.
