CANTON — A Hermon man was charged June 11 with unlawfully fleeing police stemming from an incident April 10, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Christopher T. Dalton, 21, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer, failure to comply with a lawful order and numerous vehicle and traffic violations, officers said.
Dalton reportedly drove more than 25 mph over the speed limit while trying to evade deputies.
He was arraigned by Judge Denner and released on his own recognizance, officers said.
