FINE – A Harrisville man faces felony driving while intoxicated charges and another felony charge for having a child in the car at the time.
State police said Alan D. Facey, 33, faces serious charges on both counts since he has previous convictions for both offenses.
Troopers stopped Facey on State Rt. 3 in Fine after they allegedly observed him speeding.
The charges against him are DWI; DWI with a previous conviction within 10 years; aggravated DWI: with child, previous conviction; endangering the welfare of a child; and speeding.
Troopers issued appearance tickets.
