To the Editor:
On behalf of the Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, I would like to send a sincere thank you to the people and organizations that made our Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce 2022 Golf Tournament a success.
First and foremost, the golf tournament would not have gotten off the ground without Vic Perry. Vic helped recruit teams and sponsors, managed the sign-up for tee-times and was MC for the dinner. Thank you! Thank you to our sponsors; NCCS, Donaldson's Funeral Home, and Arconic. Thank you to BJ’s for donating food and On-A-Roll Deli for donating the gas for the grill. Thank you for sponsoring tees; Blevin’s Seaway Motors, Mark Bogdon, Scott Manley, Fay Motors and Massena Savings and Loan.
We had 15 teams, thank you all for showing up in the rain and making the best of the day, and for the team sponsors. Thank you to our volunteers; Julianne Fowler, Bill Lynch, Kurt Breitbeck, and Tammy Lakins. We will start planning for 2023’s tournament this fall.
