If you’re looking for a down-to-earth judge who understands what life is like for regular people, Judge Carl Falotico should be your pick.
When I met Judge Falotico this summer it was immediately clear that he is the type of person who can connect with anyone from any background. I was impressed with history working as dishwasher in a restaurant and a laborer on a construction site, and I could tell that he hasn’t forgotten where he came from.
We need Supreme Court Justices who will understand the impact that their decisions will have on normal families who are doing their best to get by, and Judge Falotico is the right person for that job. That’s why he has my endorsement, and the endorsement of the Central Trades and Labor Council of Northern New York.
