To the Editor:

According to the dictionary a mandate is: "an authoritative command or instruction", but mandates have been turned into useful tools of the Left in an attempt to subjugate the American people during this tumultuous COVID-19 era that we find ourselves in. Those who presently find themselves in power are bent on total control of the American population.

The government-ordered mandate that employers require all employees to become vaccinated goes against all that America stands for and threatens the very livelihood of millions of workers. At a time when our nation's economy is struggling to get back on track following the government-mandated shutdowns of 2020 the American worker is being undermined by a power-hungry government in Washington D.C. intent on fundamentally transforming America into a third rate socialist country. The efforts by that government to oust uncooperative workers from schools, hospitals, airlines, police and fire departments, and other service industries, shows their true totalitarian colors.

If you find yourself in a position where your employer threatens you with loss of your job if you don't take "the jab" here's some advice for you. Don't quit, or resign. Stick it out and make them fire you. The Constitution is on your side. The Fourteenth Amendment says in part: "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." (Amendment XIV, Section 1)

There are groups dedicated to helping you fight for your constitutional rights. Use DuckDuckGo and search for Liberty Council, First Liberty Institute, The Alliance for Defending Freedom, and The American Center for Law and Justice. They can help you on a case-by-case basis, and possibly in any future class action lawsuits.

It is time that We The People stand up for our rights. There are more of us than there are of them and if we stand together we will be victorious.
