Christmas in Madrid

MADRID: Christmas in Madrid, presented by Madrid Dam Music Series and Hepburn Library of Madrid, 2-4 p.m., at the library; Santa visit, crafts, games, giveaways.

Pottery open house

POTSDAM: Third Wheel Pottery Studios Open House, 63 Market St., Aubuchon Village Mall, 1-5 p.m., information about classes and open studio hours; opportunities to play with clay; children welcome; light refreshments available; 315-250-4494.

Polar Express Night

MASSENA: Polar Express Night, Massena High School Cafe, 6-7:30 p.m.; reading of the classic tale, a performance, ticket punching, and hot cocoa; kids should come in their pajamas; Santa will arrive and give each child a special gift; cost is 5$ per child and all proceeds support the Massena French Club; contact Sarah Hopper for more information shopper@mcs.k12.ny.us.

Story, caroling

Party with Santa

POTSDAM: Mystikal is sponsoring a Christmas Party with Santa from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the shop at 2 Elm St; visit with Santa and his eleves and take free pictures; enjoy coloring and craft activties, snacks and drinks; each family/person will receive a Christmas card and each child will receive free gifts; some gifts donated by the Literacy for Everyone program; for information contact Angie at 315-261-1335.
