Gravesite flags
OGDENSBURG: Ogdensburg American Legion Post 69 invites the public to join them in putting out flags on veteran gravesites, 9:30 a.m., Notre Dame Cemetery on Black Lake Road; Legion will be doing the work rain or shine to get the flags in place before Memorial Day; info: 315-393-7904.

POTSDAM: Potsdam VFW will clean gravestones and replac flags at St. Mary’s, Garfield, Southville and Hewittville cemeteries on Saturday, starting at 8 a.m.; volunteers from the public are welcome to attend.
