OGDENSBURG – Visit the Ogdensburg History Museum for coffee immediately following the battle reenactment and a free public program on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m.
Local historian, author and retired science teacher John Austin will give a lecture about Ogdensburg during the time of the Battle of Ogdensburg in 1813. Austin is the author of St. Lawrence County in the War of 1812: Folly and Mischief and has researched and lectured extensively about Ogdensburg’s role in the War of 1812.
