NORFOLK -- The Norfolk Rod & Gun Club, Cemetery Road, is hosting two upcoming 3D archery shoots.
A traditional fun shoot with recurves and longbows, will be held Saturday, Sept. 5. There will be 40 lifelike targets and novelty shoots. Food and drinks will be available. Registration will be from 8-11 a.m. The cost is $10 for adults; 17 and younger shoot for free.
The club's annual 3D Trophy Shoot will be Sunday, Sept. 6, featuring 40 lifelike targets. There will be door prizes, a 50/50, novelty shoots and chronograph test.
Food and drinks will be available. Registration is from 8-11 a.m. Cost is $20 for adults; 17 and younger shoot for free.
Archers are asked to not attend if they are feeling ill or have recently been ill.
Practice social distancing and pull your own arrows.
Registration, awards and food will be done outdoors.
