POTSDAM — The Center for Businesses in Transition (CBIT) is trying to find the right buyer to purchase the Potsdam Laundry.
The business is for sale and is the last dry cleaning business in St. Lawrence County.
The Potsdam Laundry was established in 1979 by the Demo family and was family owned and operated up until September 2022.
The business is all ready to begin with an established client base in Potsdam and is close to all four colleges in St. Lawrence County, a press release from CBIT said.
All the commercial equipment is still in the store and fully functional.
To learn more, contact Jeff Demo at 315-212-1305 for more information or to take a tour of the facility.
CBIT is a regional organization that assists owners in selling their business on the open market, transfering to a family member or converting their business into an employee-owned or co-op model.
