POTSDAM – The Potsdam Charity Classic and Inspirational Film Series is celebrating Christmas with two showings of the VeggieTales movie "Saint Nicholas - A Story of Joyful Giving."
The 45-minute film will show both Friday, Dec. 17 at 7 p.m. and at a special matinee on Saturday, Dec. 18 at 2 p.m. at North Country Community Church, 97 Elm St.
Although no admission is charged, a charity is chosen each month and all donations are directed to that organization.
This month's charity is the Noel Child project created by Potsdam resident Sirish Joshua Yeeda to distribute more than 1,000 Christmas gifts to children in India.
Refreshments will be available for purchase to benefit Potsdam's Boy Scout Troop 77.
