Massena town board members recently voted down a proposed six-month moratorium on data centers 3-2, despite months of lobbying by area residents.
NCCS has proposed three new structures at its current site, with each structure 150,000 to 200,000 square feet and with more than 355 acres developed at the expansion site. It is one of ten data centers proposed in the town. For more, view earlier story.
