POTSDAM -- A day of healing, prayer and praise will be offered from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, at Potsdam United Methodist Church, 26 Main St.
The 10 a.m. worship service includes a freewill offering for scholarships for spiritual formations. Following will be a teaching on forgiveness.
Participants are asked to bring a plate of finger foods to share at lunch; beverages will be provided.
A 2 p.m. healing service will follow the lunch. Facilitators are the Rev. Brooke Newell, the Rev. Rich Will, retired Presbyterian clergyperson, and the Rev. Bill Cooper, Episcopal priest-in-charge at St. Thomas in Tupper Lake.
