Mukhtar H. Murshed, 37, Syracuse, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree criminal possession of cannabis: More than 16 ounces, both misdemeanors, officers said.
Dahan Mohammed Mahmod Elemine Vall, 21, New York City, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree criminal possession of cannabis: More than 16 ounces, both misdemeanors, officers said.
