LOUISVILLE — Two Massena residents were charged with drug possession early this morning, according to state police.
Ryan A. Vanbuskirk, 29, and Tori L. Rushlow, 27, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 3:30 a.m., police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
