Carrie B. Chartrand, 37, was charged at 7:10 p.m. with first-offense aggravated DWI and failure to keep right, officers said.
Chartrand was reportedly involved in a motor vehicle accident by colliding with a parked car on West Main Street, police said.

Later the same night, police charged Larry G. Deets Jr, 40, with first-offense DWI, refusal to take a breath test, failure to obey a lawful order and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, police said.
An investigation revealed that Deets was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Clinton Street shortly after 10 p.m. and fled the scene, police said.
He was later located on Little Bow Road a short time later, officers said.
