Men from Watertown and Dexter were charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a Class D felony, in Hammond, and an Elmira man was charged with a misdemeanor pot possession charge in Rossie on Friday.
State police said that Justin M. Eassa, 19, Watertown, and Bradley A. Dadson, 20, Dexter, had more than a pound of pot in their possession, The two were charged along State Rt. 37 at 10:40 p.m., according to troopers.
They were held on cash bail, according to troopers.
Justin A. Seymour, 23, of Elmira, was topped by state police along U.S. 11 in Rossie at 12:15 p.m. when troopers charged him with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
He was issued an appearance ticket.
