BRASHER — The four day Tri-Town Winter Carnival concluded Sunday with breakfast buffets, a 5K Fun Run, bed and wheelbarrow races, volleyball in the snow, vendor displays, art classes, pony riders and bingo.
The ‘Cheers to 50 Years’ event had a 50’s theme to celebrate the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce’s 50th year.
