CANTON — The Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs program of St. Lawrence County is hosting the Transition Triumph event on Tuesday, April 16 from 9-3 p.m. at the Woodstock Conference Suite in the Miller Campus Center of SUNY Canton. The program supports children with developmental delays or special health care needs as they transition to life after high school. Attendees will learn from experts in various fields who specialize in supporting individuals with diverse needs. There will be a lineup of respected speakers and invaluable resources.
