RENSSELAER FALLS -- Indian Creek Nature Center is hosting a spring work day and trail walk Saturday, April 21. At 8 a.m., all are welcome to join center board members for a work day to set the center in order for spring and summer visitors.
Tools will be supplied, or bring your own. Info: Roger Hutchinson, 386-4795. At 9:30 a.m., Tom Van De Water will lead a walk on the Lowland Trail with a focus on the geologic, ecological and historic features along the way, looking at the glacial history, succession history, and effect of human impact on the wetlands.
Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic lunch.
The entrance to the Nature Center is on County Rt. 14 between Morley and Rensselaer Falls.
